Movie Night at Cantigny
Wheaton: Cantigny Park will be hosting an outdoor showing of the animated hit “Sing” at dusk on Friday night.

Summer Concert Series
Geneva: The Geneva Commons is hosting its 15th annual Summer Concert Series on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays in June. All are free. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. The Friday show will feature the Davenport Project, playing everything from the 1950s rock to contemporary country. The Sunday show will feature 7th Heaven, playing their own hits as well as great songs from the 1970s and ’80s.

Crystal Lake: Kids Obstacle Challenge is coming to Crystal Lake’s Lippold Park on Saturday, featuring about a dozen challenging obstacles and lots of mud. While the event is aimed at kids ages 5-16, parents get to run the course with their kids for free.

Happy Birthday DCM
Naperville: The DuPage Children’s Museum is celebrating its 30th birthday this weekend, as well as the grand opening of its new exhibit – AWEsome Water, which marks the completion of its largest exhibit, AWEsome Energy. Special activities this weekend include a messy sensory room, ice chalk, rubber ducky excavations, face painting and performances by Mr. Freeze and Ben’s Bubble Show.

St. Charles: Marquee Youth Stage, a performing arts organization, is performing Disney’s “Aladdin Jr.” this weekend at the Arcada Theatre.
