We’re ready to start telling you about the cheap, family-focused summertime film series that are a budget-friendly way to cool off on a hot day. We should soon have information to post on series in St. Charles, Elgin, Batavia, Oswego and more!
But first up is the “Children’s Summer Series” at Studio Movie Grill, which features $1 screenings of recent, popular children’s films. Studio Movie Grill in Wheaton is located in Rice Lake Square, near the Whole Foods Market. It features theaters with leather seating and a full food and drink menu; you push a button to bring a waiter or waitress to your seat and the food is served to you before and during the show.
The summer series features one movie shown every weekday (Monday through Friday) at 11 a.m. through late August. Tickets are $1 each and can be purchased in advance. You’ll find these listed on the Go West Calendar, too!
