You might not actually need this guide to indoor trick or treat options. As I type this, the weather forecast for Halloween in Kane County on Tuesday is calling for cloudy, a high of 43 degrees and no rain. However, if the forecast changes and Tuesday is rainy, or if the cold weather doesn’t appeal to you, here are some indoor alternatives I’ve dug up over the years with the help of Go West readers. (I’ve included some non-Tuesday indoor options too.) Please follow the links for details, and if you have other suggestions, leave them in the comments.
Note: To view local cities’ trick-or-treat hours, visit the Go West list here. If you’re not worried about finding indoor opportunities, this guide has trick or treat events in business districts, downtowns and church parking lots. But the following events should keep your family nice and dry, no matter the weather outside! – Tara
