Holiday Storytimes and Crafts in Chicago’s Western Suburbs

If you’re looking to get your family in the holiday spirit, these events featuring holiday-themed storytimes and crafts. Many of them are free! Others, however, require advance registration, so get out your calendar and take a look!

 

Every Day Through Christmas 2016

BASS PRO SHOPS Monday – Friday from 5 – 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12 – 5 p.m. at Bass Pro Shops in Bolingbrook there will be a free craft as well as the opportunity to visit Santa and explore Santa’s Wonderland. For more information and to view the week’s craft, click here.

 

Friday, December 2

GENEVA On Friday, December 2 at 7 p.m. the Barnes and Noble in Geneva Commons will be having a Polar Express Pajama Storytime. After the story there will be coloring and activities, including writing a Dear Santa letter. For more information, click here.

Saturday, December 3

GENEVA On Saturday, December 3 at 11 a.m. the Barnes and Noble at Geneva Commons will be hosting a How the Grinch Stole Christmas! Story time. There will be good deed badges and tracking booklets for kids to log all the good things they do this holiday season. For more info, click here.

OSWEGO PUBLIC LIBRARY Both the Oswego and Montgomery branches of the Oswego Public Library will be having a Holiday Make & Take craft on Mondays December 5, 12, and 19 all day.
