Go West Guide to Mud-Free Play

Monday, Mar 14th, 2016 by

Spring is nearly here, and with it will come lots of time for playing at the beautiful parks in Chicago’s western suburbs. Of course spring also brings with it mud, so here is a list of parks that have a rubber surface under the play equipment — allowing your kids to have lots of fun without you having to hose them down before getting back into the car for the ride home! If you know of a park that should be on this list, tell us about it in the comments!

The playground at Eola community center in Aurora has a rubberized surface, too. It was repaired this fall, so last time we were there it was in great shape.
