Where to Celebrate ‘Free Comic Book Day’ in Chicago’s Western Suburbs

Thursday, May 4th, 2017 by

Do your kids love comic books? Or do you want to introduce your child to comics? Well, then the first Saturday in May is the day for you!

That’s the designated day each year for Free Comic Book Day, when participating stores and libraries around North American give away comic books for free. This year it will be observed on May 6, 2017, which marks the event’s 16-year anniversary.

You can visit the Free Comic Book Day website to see what titles will be available. Different shops have different policies on how many free comics you can receive, but you will receive at least one if you enter a participating shop location.
Please call the phone number provided to check store/library hours and individual policies.
